Mohamed Et-tolba is a Professor of Higher Education at the Communication Systems Department of the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications in Rabat, Morocco, where he has been since 2010. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from IMT Atlantique (Telecom Bretagne), Brest, France, in 2006. Between 2007 and 2010, he worked there as a research engineer. During this period, he collaborated with Orange Labs on several industrial research projects addressing challenges in the physical layer of emerging mobile communication systems.

Dr. Et-tolba teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in signal processing, digital communications, and wireless mobile networks. His main research areas are signal processing, and wireless communications. He has supervised and co-supervised numerous Ph.D. and Master’s students. Dr. Et-tolba has co-authored many papers in reputable international journals and conferences.

He has served as Technical Program Committee Member for several international conferences, including IEEE WCNC, IEEE VTC, IEEE PIMRC, and IWCMC. Dr. Et-tolba is a peer reviewer for various reputable international journals such as IEEE Communication Letters, Elsevier Journal of Digital Signal Processing, Elsevier Physical Communication, IET Signal Processing, and Annals of Telecommunications.
